Out of warranty support for FT100, RITS510a, GRS500

The complexity of these systems means that it is not always possible for repairs to be made at either customer or distributor premises. In these cases it will be necessary to return the unit to the factory for repair.

Where return to factory is required Polar will endeavour to offer the customer the option of either purchasing a service-exchange system (if available, old unit to be returned to the factory) or repair & refurbishment of the original system by return to the factory.
