By collating libraries of materials, costs and suppliers with critical design data, such as transmission line specifications or impedance control, Speedflex HDI lets you produce error-free build documentation. .
What will Speedflex HDI do for me?
Easy graphical stackup display
Speedflex HDI makes re-ordering and renaming sub-stacks quick and easy with the Speedflex Navigator. You'll find this especially useful for HDI constructions.
Simply select the sub-stack and move it left or right within the Navigator window:
Speedflex's technical reports print the final stack in a range of high quality formats.
A range of materials including flexible adhesives, bond ply and FlexiCore can be enabled or disabled for each layer, and impedance structures can be added to each sub-stack.
