Your Si Software maintenance and
support agreement Polar SiX000 full licence packages come with a maintenance and support agreement. The agreement is initially for one year and provides s/w maintenance and technical support by phone and email. You may elect to protect your valuable software investment by extending the maintenance and support agreement beyond the initial year. This document describes your maintenance and support package. |

Technical support
You may contact us by telephone during our normal business hours or e-mail us with queries on the use of and technical support for the application, including problems with installation, etc.
We will endeavour to give you prompt and reasonable help by telephone and e-mail.
You
are entitled to minor upgrades and bug fixes released for this product
during the period of this agreement free of charge. Typically you will
be advised of these by e-mail and it will be your responsibility to
download the update from our website and to install it. (Should you
require physical delivery of the software on CD there will be an admin
charge of $250) |

What happens if my key or licence file is lost? Software which is covered by a maintenance agreement will be replaced at a subsidized cost. The replacement key will expire at the anniversary date of your maintenance agreement. The subsidized replacement charge is described here: (Prices are for illustration only) Software full

Discontinuing
maintenance Should you discontinue annual maintenance, full license holders will be provided with a new license file or key which has no expiration date. No credit or refund is given for maintenance discontinued during the year. By declining maintenance, you accept complete and ongoing responsibility for all aspects of maintenance of the software including the full costs associated with but not limited to loss, updates, relocation and relicensing. Replacement licenses, whether for moving to a second server or to replace lost or damaged keys, will be charged at the current list price. |
