Monte Carlo constant pitch capability for selected differential structures

This will allow users to simulate production variations while constraining the trace pitch on selected differential structures.

The following are the currently supported structures:-

	Edge-Coupled Surface Microstrip 2B
	Edge-Coupled Coated Microstrip 1B
	Edge-Coupled Coated Microstrip 2B
	Edge-Coupled Offset Stripline 1B1A
	Edge-Coupled Offset Stripline 1B2A
	Edge-Coupled Offset Stripline 2B2A
	Differential Coated Coplanar Waveguide With Ground 1B
	Differential Coated Coplanar Waveguide With Ground 2B
	Differential Offset Coplanar Waveguide 1B1A
	Differential Offset Coplanar Waveguide 1B2A
	Differential Coated Coplanar With Cutout Ground 2B
