FlexNet ID Software key (dongle) driver

USB FlexNet ID software key-based licenses will require the USB driver.

Supports Windows operating systems.

Follow the installation instructions in AP620

Note: For Windows 10 Machines – copy the drivers first before running the installer. If you encounter a blue-screen or immediate reboot then please re-run the haspdinst -install again and it will then install correctly.

Server-side installer for counted licenses

Floating (counted) licenses will require the server-side installer.

Note: FlexNet Publisher v11.19.0 requires Windows 7 or later
(see Polar Application Note AP605 System requirements for Polar software products)

Download the server-side installer and copy to a suitable folder

Unzip the file and follow the installation instructions (FlexLm Server Side Installation v11.19.0.pdf)

Polar software products requiring the Microsoft .NET framework

Products requiring the .NET frameworks should download and install the .NET Framework 3.5 on demand.

When using Windows 10 / 11 you may see the message below during the installation:

Click Install this feature to install the framework and complete the installation.
